6-Month PLU Refund Promotion-Available for all customers

We’re offering all customers a full 6 months’ worth of subscription refunds as a thank-you and apology for your experience during our transition to a valuable and timeless reward system. Here are the simplified terms:

1. For Customers Who Got a Payout Restriction Email in October 2024

No action needed!

You’ll automatically get a PLU refund for 6 months of your subscription costs.

  • If you didn’t subscribe for a full 6 months:
    • Any months you missed will be covered going forward.
    • For example: If you were on a plan from July to October 2024 (4 months), you’ll get a refund for those 4 months, and the remaining 2 months will be credited for February and March 2025 if you re-subscribe back by 1st February.

Full Six Months Covered Back-Dated:

  • If you don’t re-subscribe back by 1st February 2025
    •  You’ll receive a refund for May to October 2024 (full 6 months).

Bonus Perks:

  • Your PlutusSwap access is now enabled.
  • Your refund PLU amount paid in internal balance will be available for a free payout to your external wallet—no fees or level unlocking required.

Important Notes:

  • Your PLU refund will be credited to your internal balance on 20th April 2025.
  • You must have an active subscription plan in April to request your free payout. 
  • If you haven’t subscribed to a paid plan for 6 full months since joining Plutus, you’ll receive a PLU refund for up to 6 months of payments until 31st March 2025.
  • Refund amounts will be based on PLU’s external rate as of 31st March 2025, 23:59.

2. For All Other Customers 

If you meet all the following requirements, no action is needed!

You’ll automatically get a PLU refund for a full 6 months of your subscription costs.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must have an active subscription plan.
  • If you don’t have one:
    • Sign up for a plan by 1st February 2025, and stay subscribed until 31st March 2025 to qualify.

Full Six Months Covered Back-Dated:

  • If you didn’t subscribe for a full 6 months since Oct 2024:
    • Any months you missed will be covered going forward.
    • For example: If you were on a plan from July to October 2024 (4 months), you’ll get a refund for those 4 months, and the remaining 2 months will be credited for February and March 2025 if you re-subscribe back by 1st February.

Reward Level Requirement:

  • You must be on a Reward Level after 20th February 2025 for at least 30 days.
  • You can now reach a Reward Level by earning and stacking just 1 PLU in self-custody.
  • If already on a Reward Level, you're all set—just ensure you're on one after 20th February.

Important Notes:

  • Your PLU refund will be credited to your internal balance on 20th April 2025.
  • If you haven’t subscribed to a paid plan for 6 full months since joining Plutus, you’ll receive a PLU refund for up to 6 months of payments until 31st March 2025.
  • Refund amounts will be based on PLU’s external rate as of 31st March 2025, 23:59.
  • Your refund PLU amount paid in internal balance will be available for a free payout to your external wallet—no fees or new-higher level unlocking required.
