Eligibility:
- Available exclusively to customers who stack their rewards and reach a new Reward Level between 7th January and 20th February 2025.
- All Levels require unlocking of a Reward Level except for higher levels (Legend and above) who may reach a sub-level to qualify.
Deadlines:
- Reach a new level by 20th February 23:59 GMT to qualify for PlutusGifts benefits coming in Q2.
Benefit Duration:
- Discounts on gift cards will be available for a minimum of 12 months from the PlutusGifts launch (estimated Q2 2025) and may increase to a longer period. Any such updates will be announced ahead of time.
Limits:
- Discounted gift card usage will be subject to limits, with details to be shared once the feature is scoped out and developed.

Fair-Use-Policy
1. Any downgrades to your Reward Level before the promotion, followed by a re-upgrade during the promotion, will result in automatic disqualification.
2. To retain your promotional benefits, ensure that you stay at or above your highest qualifying Reward Level. If you drop below the level that made you eligible for the promotion, you will lose all associated benefits.

FAQ
1) What is the new PlutusGifts feature I’ll unlock?
PlutusGifts is shifting its promotions tone from a service fee model to offering discounted gift card purchases. For example, instead of paying a 30% service fee on a £/€10 gift card, you’ll now be able to purchase a £/€10 gift card at a 70% discount for just £/€3 after redeeming PLU.
Customers who stack and reach a new Reward Level between 7th January and 20th February will unlock access to this discounted structure. The higher your Reward Level, the greater the discount you’ll receive on gift card purchases, with Titan’s receiving 100% off on hundreds of available brands.
2) What Level do I need to reach to be eligible?
This depends on your current Reward Level:
- Hero or Lower: Stack enough PLU to reach a full Reward Level higher.
- Veteran to HoneyBadger: Stack enough PLU to reach only a Sub-Level higher.
Edit: Veteran now only requires a sub-level upgrade.
3) What happens if I don’t unlock a higher Reward Level by 20th February?
If you don’t stack rewards and unlock a higher Reward Level by 20th February, you will remain on the standard discount structure coming in Q1 (see attached blog for details). However, you will not gain access to the PlutusGifts discounted gift card feature.
4) Will these benefits be available indefinitely?
No, as for now the discounted gift card feature will remain available for a minimum of 12 months after its launch in Q2 2025. Its timelines may increase to remain active indefinitely, any updates regarding its extensions or changes to the product details will be shared closer to the product launch, currently estimated in Q2 2025.
