Terms & Conditions:

  • Users must complete sign-up before 18th July, 23:59 UTC.
  • Upon completing sign-up, users will initially be enrolled in the Starter plan for free and then upgraded to the Premium plan for free on 19th July.
  • After the 1-month free Premium period expires, customers will automatically be enrolled in the usual Premium plan at a rate of £/€19.99 per month.
  • The $50 in PLU will be added to eligible participants' accounts on 19th July.

  • Cut-off Date: 18th July, 23:59 UTC.

FAQ

I completed my sign-up, but I haven't received my Premium plan benefits. What should I do?

Please ensure you completed the sign-up process before 18th July, 23:59 UTC. If you have, your account will be upgraded to Premium on 19th July. If it is later than 19th July, you believe you’re eligible, and you still don't see the benefits, please contact our support team for assistance.

When will I receive the $50 in PLU?

The $50 in PLU will be added to eligible participants' accounts on 19th July. If you believe you are eligible but did not receive the $50 in PLU, please contact our support team for assistance.

Will I be charged immediately after the free month of Premium?

Yes, after the 1-month free Premium period expires, you will automatically be enrolled in the usual Premium plan at a rate of £/€19.99 per month.

Can I cancel my subscription during the free month?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time during the free month. However, please note that you will not be eligible for PLU Payouts without a paid plan.

What happens if I don’t complete my sign-up before the cut-off date?

If you don't complete your sign-up between 12th July, 00:01 UTC and 18th July, 23:59 UTC, you will not be eligible for the $50 in PLU or the free month of Premium benefits.

I am currently in the onboarding stage but my KYC is still in progress. Will I still be eligible for the promotion?

Yes, as long as you complete the entire sign-up process, including KYC verification, before 18th July, 23:59 UTC, you will be eligible for the promotion. If delays on Plutus’ part (e.g., KYC approval taking too long) cause you to miss the cut-off date, please contact support for assistance and we’ll review eligibility.

What if my KYC fails?

Unfortunately, users who fail KYC verification are not eligible for this promotion. Please contact support if you need assistance with your KYC process.

Can I change my subscription plan after the promotion ends?

Yes, you can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. However, any changes to your subscription plan won’t take effect until the end of your free month, ensuring you can maximise your benefits for free!

How do I know if my account has been upgraded to Premium?

You will receive a confirmation email on 19th July notifying you of your account upgrade to Premium and the receipt of your $50 in PLU sign-up bonus. You can also check your account status in the app.
