- Activation Deadline: You must upgrade your Reward Level by 25th September 23:59 BST to qualify for the 3 extra Perks.
- Benefits Application: You will need to select your 3 free Perks by 25th September 2024. The 3 extra Perks will be credited to your account on 1st October 2024 and will be available for use until 1st October 2025. If you downgrade your Reward Level, this will result in forfeiture of your promotional benefits.

How to Upgrade and Select Perks:
To upgrade to a Reward Level, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Plutus via the web app.
- Head to Perks → Connect Wallet and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Ensure you have sufficient PLU in your connected wallet to meet the PLU requirements of your chosen Reward Level.
Once upgraded, your bonus 3 Perks will be activated on the 1st October.
What are the PLU Requirements of each Reward Level?
Refer to the PLU Requirements for each Reward Level and the associated benefits below. Your 3 bonus Perks come in addition to the benefits listed below.

Can I choose any Perks for this promotion?
We will automatically apply your existing top 3 Perk selections as your Bonus Perks to ensure you're getting rewards from brands you already love. You can then swap your regular Perk slots out for other options under the 'Next Month' tab to maximise your earnings. Your new Perk selections will take effect from the 1st of the following month. If you currently have less than 3 Perks, we may auto-assign you with some Bonus Perks.
Can I change the Bonus Perks that have been auto-applied?
Yes! If you’d like to update your bonus Perks, simply contact support before 25th October, 23:59 BST, and we’ll ensure the changes take effect starting 1st November.
What happens if I downgrade my Reward Level?
If you downgrade your Reward Level, you will forfeit your free promotional +3 Perks.
When will I start earning rewards from my free Perks?
Your selected Perks will start providing rewards from 1st October 2024 and will remain active until 30th September 2025.
Does it matter which Reward Level I upgrade to?
No, as long as you upgrade to a Reward Level higher than your current one, you’ll be eligible for the promotional offer. The 3x Reward Levels mentioned in the email are examples. To see all available Reward Levels, click here.
Will I lose my promotional benefits if I downgrade?
To keep your promotional benefits, you must remain at least one Reward Level higher than your original level.

- Starting Level: Hero
- Upgraded to: Legend (+2 levels)
- Downgraded to: Veteran (-1 level)
This downgrade is allowed because the user is still higher than their original Reward Level.
Example (disallowed)
- Starting Level: Hero
- Upgraded to: Veteran (+1 level)
- Downgraded to: Hero (-1 level)
This downgrade is not allowed because the user returned to their original Reward Level, resulting in the loss of promotional benefits.
