How long does it take for a stacking change to be reflected in my stack balance?

It refreshes once per day in the morning, so up to 24 hours depending on what time you add or remove to your stack!

My stacking calculation is wrong. What is the problem?

Contact our Support Team and we will be happy to check it out! Note that the internal stacking used to be the Pending rewards, and it has been updated to be Available rewards, as we move towards faster approval times.

How is my internal stacking calculated?

Your PLU Rewards need to be in "available" status to be considered for the stacking.

Bonuses are typically available instantaneously. Transactions over 500 GBP/EUR need the Support team to manually approve them to become "available".

How can I disconnect a wallet from the stacking?

It is not possible at the moment. Keep in mind the stacking is not locked, so you can transfer your PLU at any time from your wallet to another wallet or service, with the only impact being that your stacking in Plutus will decrease accordingly.

The stack in your wallets always remains under your full control.
