Promotional Details

We ran several Reward Cap promotions, and while these promotions have ended, the reward caps are still active. Please note the following details:

+£/€1k Rewards Cap (Existing Reward Level Customers)

• Eligibility: All customers on a Reward Level who upgraded before 25th October 2023.
• Benefit: Complimentary £/€1k Rewards Cap valid through 2024.
• Terms: Can’t be combined with other redemption passes. Falling below the old PLU Requirements of your Original Reward Level will result in forfeiting your promotional Rewards Cap.

+£/€2k Rewards Cap (Unlock Reward Level)

• Promotion Dates: 22nd January - 30th May 2024.
• Benefit: Complimentary £/€2k Rewards Cap valid for 12 months.
• Activation: Effective from the 1st of the month following the upgrade.
• Terms: Can’t be combined with other redemption passes. Falling below the old PLU Requirements of your Original Reward Level will result in forfeiting your promotional Rewards Cap.

+£/€10k Rewards Cap & 3 Months Premium (Unlock Reward Level)

• Promotion Dates: 25th October - 28th November 2023.
• Benefit: Complimentary £/€10k Rewards Cap and 3 months of Premium (worth £/€67.50 in PLU).
• Terms: Can’t be combined with other redemption passes. Downgrading results in forfeiture of the Rewards Cap.

+£/€10k Rewards Cap (Unlock Myth/HoneyBadger)

• Promotion Dates: 28th December 2023 - 15th January 2024.
• Benefit: Complimentary £/€1k Rewards Cap upon unlocking Myth or HoneyBadger levels valid through 2024.
• Terms: Can’t be combined with other redemption passes. Falling below the old PLU Requirements of your Original Reward Level (i.e., Myth or HoneyBadger) will result in forfeiting your promotional Rewards Cap.

FAQ

My Reward Level was downgraded due to the increase in PLU Requirements, will I lose my promotional Rewards Cap?

No, you will not lose your promotional Rewards Cap. We have amended the terms to ensure that you are not penalised for this.

• Previously: To participate in one of our Reward Cap promotions, customers had to upgrade their Reward Level. If they fell below this newly acquired Reward Level (also known as the Original Reward Level), they would forfeit their promotional Rewards Cap.
• New: If your Total Stacked PLU balance falls below the old PLU Requirements of your Original Reward Level then you will forfeit your Rewards Cap. For example, if your Original Reward Level was Hero, which at the time required stacking 250 PLU, you must now maintain at least 250 PLU to keep your Rewards Cap. This ensures you can continue to enjoy your Rewards Cap regardless of any Reward Level downgrades.

Example:

• Pre-Promotion Reward Level: Hero
• Upgrade: User upgraded from Hero to Veteran, receiving a Rewards Cap.
• New Original Reward Level: Veteran

To retain the promotional Rewards Cap:

• The old PLU requirement for the Veteran level (i.e., Original Reward Level) was 500 PLU.
• Ensure that your Total Stacked PLU balance does not fall below 500 PLU to avoid forfeiting your Rewards Cap.

I’m confused as to how much PLU I need to stack to maintain my Rewards Cap, can you help?

As the threshold is different for each user, if you are unsure, please contact support and we can let you know specifically how much you must continue to stack to maintain your promotional Rewards Cap.
