Troubleshooting PLU Payout Requests

What to do when the Withdraw button is greyed out:

  • Ensure your Metamask is active on the Perks tab and logged in; reconnect if needed.
  • If you are unsure if the connection is right, you can reset it by following these steps:
    • Close the Plutus.it website page
    • Go into your browser extension settings
    • Disable Metamask
    • Switch it on again
    • Go to Plutus.it Perk tab
    • Click Connect again.
  • Your Metamask network must be set to "Ethereum Mainnet" in the selector at the top left of your Metamask browser extension.
    • The Withdrawal button will be grayed out with any other network.
  • Use a compatible browser without any other extensions interfering with the connection.
    • Compatible browsers are Firefox, Chrome, and Brave (disabling the native crypto wallet) in the web version. The mobile version of any browser is not compatible. Extensions like other crypto wallets or adblockers may interfere in this process as well.

Note: While you need to have a minimum of 50 EUR/GBP of PLU Rewards to be able to request PLU Payout and the current PLU Payout fee amount on your account, not having them will not disable or gray out the Withdrawal button.
