When to Expect Your Rewards Payout

Rewards are calculated regularly from the time your transaction has settled, and added to your pending PLU Rewards balance, which will be available for withdrawal after 45 days. You must have a minimum of 50 EUR/GBP worth of PLU that can be paid out, and enough fiat in your account balance to pay the withdrawal fees.

Once you click or tap on the withdrawal button, this places your request into a queue for review* - and it may take up to 5 days to pass through this process. If our support team needs additional information to complete this review process, they will reach out to you directly. Once the review process has been completed, your withdrawal will be processed and on its way to you. You should also receive an email when the payout process is complete.
