Why is My Account in Sleep Mode?

Your account might be in sleep mode if it’s categorised as a Standard account without an official subscription plan (Starter, Everyday, and Premium) and has shown a lack of recent activity. This measure is in accordance with Clause 11.1, which mandates our company to take proactive steps against potential money laundering and fraudulent activity. While this may be inconvenient for some users, adhering to these regulations is essential for safeguarding our platform and community.

Options for Accounts in Sleep Mode

If your account is in sleep mode, you have two options:

  1. Upgrade to a Paid Plan: Gain full access to your account by upgrading to a paid subscription plan. This allows you to view balances, make transactions, and enjoy perks and rewards. To upgrade your plan, CLICK HERE
