What You Can Do While In Sleep Mode

Payment for Upgrading

When upgrading to a paid plan, you should use another card as your Plutus Card is inactive due to the account being in sleep mode. After upgrading, you can update your details within the app.

Accessing Your Funds

Upon upgrading, you'll regain full access to your account, including the ability to spend your funds and withdraw your PLU rewards. If you choose to close your account, any funds held will be returned to you.

Withdrawing PLU Rewards

To withdraw PLU Rewards, you must upgrade to one of our paid subscription plans. A minimum PLU payout of $50 worth of PLU is required.

Account Closure and Fund Withdrawal

Once we receive your account closure request, we’ll respond within 72 hours. We aim to close your account and return your fiat within 72 business hours after verifying the necessary withdrawal-related information. Prompt responses from you will ensure a smooth process. Delays in communication may extend the timeframe.

Viewing Account Balance in Sleep Mode

Even if your account is in sleep mode, you can still log in via the web app to view your fiat and PLU Rewards balances and download your statements.
